Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResumeMatch Pro, operated by ResumeMatch Pro Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), an Ontario-incorporated company. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

ResumeMatch Pro provides AI-powered resume tailoring, job matching, and career tools for job seekers. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial job search purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Plans and Payments

• Paid features are available through monthly plans, billed each month until you cancel
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for
• Prepaid packs bought before the monthly plans keep working until they are used, and do not expire while your account remains active
• Anything already used, from a plan or a prepaid pack, is non-refundable
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all resume content and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not use your resume content to train AI models.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate tailored resume content and job match analysis. AI-generated output is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and verified by you before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResumeMatch Pro Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The ResumeMatch Pro platform, branding, and software are owned by ResumeMatch Pro Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@resumematchpro.ai. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to ResumeMatch Pro Inc., you consent to receive customer care text messages from us relating to your account and your inquiries.

Consent. Consent is obtained verbally during a phone call with our automated voice assistant, or by you texting our business number first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@resumematchpro.ai.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be supported by all carriers.
