Your resume files are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). Personal information is encrypted in our database using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Amazon Web Services — file storage
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic Claude — AI-powered resume analysis and tailoring
• Google — optional "Continue with Google" sign-in. If you use it, Google shares your name and verified email address with us; we never see or store your Google password.
• Microsoft — optional "Continue with Microsoft" sign-in (covers Outlook, Hotmail, and work/school Microsoft accounts). Same as Google: we get your name and email, never your password.
• Facebook — optional "Continue with Facebook" sign-in. Same as Google and Microsoft: we get your name and email, never your password.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@resumematchpro.ai.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in.

We also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. They help us understand how people use ResumeMatch Pro, so we can improve the product and the support we give you, and they show us whether our ads are working.

9. SMS/Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we collect your mobile number. We collect your mobile number only when you provide it to us directly — either verbally during a phone call with our automated voice assistant, or by sending a text message to our business number. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from third parties.

How we use it. We use your mobile number solely to send customer care messages relating to your account, your inquiries, and conversations you have started with us. We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging.

Your choices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@resumematchpro.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention. We retain records of your consent and opt-out status for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
